Ah, well, if it’s a “migrant flow” then we can apply the basic principles of fluid dynamics to the problem. If you have a “flow”, then the quickest way to stop it is to BLOCK THE DRAIN that the fluid is flowing to. If it has nowhere to flow, then the fluid simply won’t flow.
