This all began when mayor buttplug said roads are racist because the overpasses were built at a height that didn’t allow city busses to pass under them, thereby limiting blacks ability to travel further than that.

So, bus stop at overpass, exit bus, walk 50 feet or 50 yards, to bus stop on other side. Free transfers. Easy-peasy.
