I am not defending Hitler, and I am not defending Mein Kampf. Period.
But Mein Kampf is not the book it is portrayed to be. A person can read the book without melting like the Wicked Witch.
I am not advocating that anybody read the book. But if a person reads the book out of historical interest, he will find something entirely different from what he has been brainwashed to expect.
And that is the point. To read the book objectively would undermine the daily obsession with Hitler as presented every night on TV, which when you think about it is pretty bizarre in itself. Daily Hitler, but no daily Lenin, no daily Stalin, no daily communist tyrant, no daily communist slaughter of innocents, no daily wealthy, entitled communists oppressing and impoverishing normal human beings.
Maybe there is a connection.
Read the book objectively?! That’s the stupidest thing I’ve ever seen posted here and in 12 years I’ve seen some stupid shit posted here.
I tried reading Mein Kampf .
Mein Kampf is the most incoherent, incomprehensible and most turgid pile of bs ever put to print.
There are 443 pages in Mein Kampf. I managed to push my way, and I do mean push my way through 200 pages until I couldn’t take anymore.
In all the thousands of words I did read the only two Hitler got right were his name.
And while you’re at it try finding a copy of Alfred Rosenbergs “The Myth Of The Twentieth Century’’ .
Rosenberg was the official Nazi Party ‘’philosopher’’ and even Hitler confessed to finding Rosenbergs writings to be incomprehensible.
