Karine is doing a fabulous job of appearing brain-dead...thereby, deflecting any thoughts that the utter stupidity coming from the administration is due to Brandon no longer having a functioning brain.

One would think John Pierre would spend her hours away from the podium, studying, researching and developing the skills needed to better perform her duties but that is quite obviously not the case. She’s just as bad at her job today as she was a year ago. So what’s her problem? Lazy? Not intelligent enough to be a self starter?

My theory is that she doesn’t think she needs to because she has all the special interest group boxes checked so she’s willing to look like a stupid minstrel in front of the world as long as the paycheck clears.
