Didn’t the one time Bond Girl Barbara Carrera star in a movie about some sort of artificial fetus experiment? You're probably thinking of "Embryo" from 1976. It also starred Rock Hudson and Diane Ladd, with a cameo appearance by Roddy McDowall. It dealt with the mental and physical consequences of growing a human embryo in an artificial uterus.
