While China is aggressively expanding its military, a new report from the National Defense University has exposed areas of possible concern for the People’s Liberation Army.
Using the biographies of more than 300 senior Chinese military officers from 2015-2021, the researcher, Joel Wuthnow, found that they were largely homogeneous in age, education, gender, and ethnicity and that there was limited cross-training between military branches, both of which could pose long-term problems.

So this “researcher” says that they are not “diverse” enough? No trannies? Too much testosterone?
No, they don’t have a successful NCO corps and rely on top-down ordering while punishing any lower-level initiatives and flexible decision making.
Unless there’s some senior-level General to tell them what to do, they act like lemmings ready to jump off a cliff.
Too many of them to worry about lack of leadership.

In a war on chinese land the chinese leaders will just throw millions into the front lines as cannon fodder. Their navy will be sunk by missiles from other bordering countries. They are locked in.
