This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Small arms, ATGMs, MANPADS, loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles, trailers and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it is not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

So let us consider some actual facts:
Russia and its allies captured the major industrial port city of Mariupol from frontline Ukrainian troops and are still in full control of that city.
Russia and its allies expelled the Ukrainian Army from the Luhansk Republic and are in full control there.
Russia and its allies are continuing to retake cities and villages in the Donetsk Republic and pushing Ukraine to the west.
Russia carried out a tactical retreat from the Kharkiv Oblast and moved those forces to the Donetsk region. Yes, they surrendered territory. They retreated.
During the current offensive, according to Ukrainian sources, Ukrainian troops are suffering at least 5 times the casualties of Russia and its allies.
Russia’s Air Force is intact and has suffered minimal losses while Ukraine’s Air Force has been erased.
Russia is producing its own missiles, rockets and artillery shells and is not dependent on another country to continue its fire missions while Ukraine is totally dependent, now, on western supplies.
In its current offensive in the Kharkiv oblast Ukraine has failed to carry out an operation in depth–its attacks have been confined to the frontlines while Russia’s artillery and missiles continue to rain down on exposed Ukrainian troops.
The next uke attack should not be along the east bank of the dneiper but rather straight south to Melitopol. That would cut the russian salient in half and bring the bridge that connects Sevastopol to russia in range. No need to blow the bridge. The russians will immediately see the danger and blow out of the crimea. let them go home. the troops in Kherson will find their already untenable position turn hopeless.
I’ve already seen reports that the russians have evacuated Melitopol.

And Ukraine reportedly lost up to 12k soldiers in the last week taking an area the size of Rhode Island while Russia has taken more land recently in Southern Ukraine.
Ukraine has lost at least 50% of its regular, trained people, and had no choice but to go all-in on an offensive attack.

The Guardian, Democracy Now, and others reported that a mere 1,000 square kilometers were retaken by Ukraine, not Zel’s claimed 6000 sq km.
The BBC reported that about 1/5 of Ukraine has been conquered by Russia. So Ukrainians retaking 1k to 6k square kilometers of 1/5 of Ukraine turns out to be a paltry percentage (less than 1% to around 5% of what Russia has conquered) and especially paltry given that Russia has made recent advancements into areas of southern Ukraine.
Ukraine took back land the size of Rhode Island (as Russia took more land in the south) and Ukrainian leaders have said publicly they are “worried” if they can even keep it.

The only success was the area where the Ukrainians managed to put ten to one numerical advantage against the Russian rear troops and rebels. The idea was to encircle and take them prisoners which didn’t work. Not a lot of the defeat and victory respectively.’

What Ukraine did was throw it’s most capable and well armed troops, that NATO had been preparing for months, into a small area of the front. Now Zel will crow and beg for more $ at an upcoming MIC conference he is headlining.

I am sure I will be flamed by the usual subjects who have told me I am an idiot and should shut up but I will ask again. Numerous Russian vehicles have been destroyed by dropped munitions mortars or grenades why are not Russians as in this video of a vehicle in a prepared dug in site near woods not covering with logs and closing hatches. Logs would defeat either of those munitions and grenades are not going to do much if hatches are closed. Seems simple enough if you have time to dig a revampment for a vehicle you have time to cut some logs

Couple of thoughts on all the talk about Ukrainians taking basically land defended by boy and Girl Scout troops and key stone cops. For the sake of argument let’s say that is true these scouts and cops sure had a lot of equipment to include tanks rockets radar units command and control vehicles that they donated to the Ukrainian cause. My favorite has to be the fast and furious tank that ends with a Tokyo drift that goes bad by running into a tree. Propaganda disinformation… is abound in both sides but pretty sure the hey no big deal we didn’t want this area anyways you can have it back is pretty much bs
