Which was it? Malpractice or incompetency? Why file a complaint for incompetency when you took her to court for malpractice?

Something strange here but since you don’t remember the details I won’t drag this out any further.
A bargain was dumped in my lap, but the $14K per year in real estate taxes was a bit high. It was a right time and right place deal. It was an answer to a prayer and I have much gratitude.
I live in it a few months a year, but love the farm life in Pennsylvania better. It’s close to a major airport and I travel a lot so it’s handy. My farm is rather remote.
Simple ..... Protest the appraisal , get your facts and photos prepared and present them to the county “appraisal review board” ...... I’m on our ARB and we reduced taxes to fair rates .... If after the ARB’s decision in made and your still are not happy you can lawyer up and protest the ARB’s finding.
The ARB is composed of citizens from your community, the only pay I received was 100$ a day and a catered lunch , and coffee and pastries.
We saved our tax payers lots of money. Some were honest and some who were criminal could not be helped when we were presented with fraudulent records .........
By all means PROTEST every “property tax” every year !!!
