That is some good customer service. The other times that I have heard this happen, the dealer tells the customer to call their insurance company.
I recall one story where the car owner was held liable for the injuries of the other car driver.

It was a Telsa dealership, when you charge that much for a car you better have GREAT OUTSTANDING customer service!!
