Bannon's Dictum: All of the Rats are dedicated Rats, and half of the Republicans are privately Rats who just ran as GOP to get elected in conservative areas.

This means at any time, 75% of Congress is actually in support of Rat goals. The GOP mole-Rats just take turns killing the GOP agenda. This is why the GOP got nothing done the first 2 years of Trump, when they allegedly controlled everything. They didn't even fund Trump's border wall.

It's a rigged game, as fake as pro wrestling, and we are the gullible dupes and rubes cheering in the stands.
