There isnt one, this is woke senior police officers overstepping their boundaries. In England, the Tories have stepped in on occasion and reined in overnight police officers trying to intimidate over “hate incidents” but Wales is devolved and governed by Labour, so they’ve got free rein to illegally enforce wokery like it is the law of the land.
