It was during the ground phase, Operation Desert Saber, that that extent of the air campaign was revealed. Iraqis soldiers were so beaten and demoralized they surrendered en masse and just started walking toward allied lines.
What Ukraine has done is on the same level as the US lead coalition victories in Iraq both times.
