As I said, I agree it’s possible - even likely - that SCOTUS would rule that state legislatures have sole authority over elections - including decertification.

After all, it’s clearly written in the Constitution.

The part of your statement that I am disputing is that this has already been decided by SCOTUS, or that it is about to be decided in the next several months.

Perhaps you could share specifically what case this is - which states have joined - and what makes you think the SCOTUS is hearing it next month.

I did not say that the SCOTUS had already decided to decertify. I said it was being reported widely on alternative news. I provided a different more likely scenario.
