Its a semantic.
If they have classified laptops at home, they can access classified material from at home. Doesnt matter if its parked on a server, local copies could also be made if desired.

During the covid “lock downs” which is house arrest. The FBI buildings have been empty they all work from home through Zoom meetings(CCP company.) I guess they will over look that.
