They do if good people do nothing but sit around posting garbage like that on the Internet!
Get involved! It took about 60 days for me to become a Precinct Committeemen and about two weeks to become a Precinct Election Official, getting my feet wet during the Primary Elections last month.
I’ll be running the election pads on Nov 8th for my Precinct.

I have worked 14 hour days as a polling inspector in Hillsborough County, FL for every election since 2008 so I have been, as you say, “involved”. However, the County withdrew my invitation to serve this year (because in 2020 I had words with a newbie Latina who threatened me with physical violence on the voting floor, she got to stay btw even after I complained about her.) So I can tell you the fix is in, but it’s not where you think it is. It’s higher up the chain than is the precinct supervisor and you won’t be able to do squat about it, except leave. Or maybe get arrested for causing a disturbance. But your heart is in the right place. I wish you luck this year.
