Blacks cannot self govern. Name one successful black Country or city. It’s the tribal history. Same with indigenous peoples. The modern world ain’t easy.
An all-black society based on the tenets of Booker T. Washington would be self-governing within one generation. All it would take is removing every single socialist Marxist UHURU BLM Maulana-Karengite and ending all government aid. It would be hell for a while, but it could be done; it won't be done because non-self-respecting people can be bought cheaply by mountebanks and grifters, regardless of race.
