75 ng/mL for D3 when I got my blood test 6 months ago. I think I am 85 now and will get another blood test soon.

There are different views on optimal blood level, but my own MD seems to be happy that I stay between 80 and 90. I still get the odd (mild) viral infection but have found that the saline nasal rinse with iodine, along with a couple days of high dose vitamin A seem to flatten the cold/flu infections in about 36 to 48 hrs (or less). I can tell you that as someone who was constantly sick starting as a child and then into adulthood, rarely being sick in the past 5+ years has been a welcome new chapter in life.
