There may be an issue with the EV Votes from Fla if they are both from the same state.
It’s not a maybe there is such a Constitutional issue - 12th Amendment. Trump would have to re-establish his NY State residency (or somewhere else to remove that!) If he did that it likely would leave him vulnerable to harassment from NY State official Rats.
