I think we are way past minor process tweaks or worrying about saving some slim case of a paperwork crime by Trump. Turley thinks Garland can salvage this and things will go on as normal. He seems to be saying, “Arrest Trump, throw him in jail for Archive violations, but please save the system by making it at least appear legitimate.” If they arrest Trump, there ain’t going to be a system anymore.
