Sam? I knew Sam.
I met Sam in a comedy club in Houston. Sam was not that well known at the time. My buddy and I were sitting next to the stage while Sam was on and Sam looked at my friend and made some kind of gay joke about him. Unknown to Sam was that at the time my buddy was having issues with his father who was a bit confused about his own sexuality and had been bringing gay guys in to their house. That’s a long story...
Anyway, before I knew it Sam and my friend are literally rolling on the floor of the comedy club having the most hilarious drunken fight. This all ended with all three of us including Sam getting kicked out of the comedy club. Once outside we decided that we were OK with each other but Sam was pissed at the club owner. This led to us finding some rope and helping Sam with his bright idea to climb up a 7-11 sign across the street and “crucify” himself until they let him back in the club. The cops show up and mostly laughed as Sam kept yelling “I’m Jesus and they have crucified me!”.
Pretty quickly most of the comedy club was out on the street yelling “let him back in!” or “they are killing Jesus!” The club owner said he was sorry or as Sam made him yell “I love you Jesus come back in to the club!”. In a few minutes Sam climbed down from the sign then we all went back in the club and drank way too much. I think about that night and I think that may have been the time Sam found out that “Jesus can be funny”.
My view is that is Sam was alive today he would be very very happy to trash Biden like crazy and probably everyone else.
I hope Sam met Jesus, that would likely have been an interesting thing to witness.
