I thought the Orwellian DHS disinformation function is being shut down only to have it moved to the State Department, which is known to be a filthy septic system for money laundering, weapons trafficking, and other secret ops, i.e. 'The Hillary Years'. Anybody think that the DGB has really been disestablished?

Odds are that it continues to function buried deep within the dystopian bowels of George Bush's DHS...
It has 22 different federal departments and agencies and 240,000 employees...

You can rest assured that the DGB, now called the ZYX, is safely and permanently functioning in the DHS bowels...
