Indeed. It is only a few reptilian critics who perform such a service, and only this; who through persistence have earned the distinction of the most droll, uninteresting characters known to the Internet.
Anybody can be droll, uninteresting, and without substance for a little while but doing it for decades without pause is a remarkable feel-bad story.
