The president has the ultimate authority. His underlings can recommend changes, but he doesn't have to follow them. He can overrule anything they say and can also not wait for their acquiescence. If the underlings don't release them that doesn't make them declassified.
Thankfully, our Constitution only permis prosecution of “crimes” committed after a law is enacted.
Especially after he ran the table in Arizona. A lot of people inside the administration started wetting themselves. And the guy over in Washington Joe Kent also won . They pulled the trigger to take him down. It’s a sport with them especially Marc Elias. But the real name of the sport these days is get your people elected and that’s what’s about to happen and that’s why they’re freaking out and their answer is Get the orange man again!
So the Biden copy is classified and Trumps are not.
On the website I posted there is a Jack Posobiec video that says pretty much the same thing. Actually this is the most logical reasoning behind the raid: DOJ covering their rears and attempting to make Trump ineligible to run again.
When docs are classified they are collected/confiscated then. This is SOP.

What we are seeing here is a replay of the Lilliputians (DS)trying to tie-down Gulliver (Trump).
Trump started trying to declassify them in 2018.... but the Swamp basically ignored him. I believe it was in fall 2018, that Rod Rosentein went to Trump and told him if he declassified these while Mueller was going on it would be an obstruction of justice. So Trump tried again in fall of 2020, and again in January 21 right before he left. There is a letter from Mark Meadows, stating per Trumps order, that these documents were declassified. But I don’t think the new administration actually went through with it. They raised some additional issues related to privacy or something like that....
Bottom line, Trump has the constitutional power to do, and he believes he did. So there seems to be no criminal intent on his part. And the GSA has already admitted that at least the 15 boxes of national archive documents were mistakenly sent to Mara-lago.. Those were returned in spring of 2022.
Where’s the criminal intent?
Kash Patel has been very specific about Trump having declassified this stuff. Also, that it was a government office that packed up and sent out what they did for him.
Of course, this doesn’t begin to compare to the 30 million pages of docs that Obama had shipped to Chicago 6 years ago and haven’t been seen since. Something similar, though not quite on that scale, from W as well.
Whatever the presidential records act is called, it covers this as well.
Valerie Plame was not a spy, she was NOT “outed” & no law protected her. It was illegal for James Comey to appoint a special counsel to investigate the Plame incident—about which Bush did NOT lie, but Valerie Plame’s husband DID lie for several counts. There was no underlying crime, therefore NO REASON to investigate or prosecute it….and any purported crime of “lying to the FBI” could not be MATERIAL to an illegal investigation in search of a crime, with a pretext that a crime was committed when no crime was committed and Bush did NOT lie. Fact is, Bush said he learned from British intelligence that Iraq was trying to buy Yellowcake uranium from Africa. Britain stood by their intelligence and they were corroborated by the former Prime Minister of Niger. Just another example of fake news spreading lies to push Republican politicians into a corner to smear their administration with false stories to drive them fro office,
So the Biden Administration is full of evil children?
Once again the crisis du jour with this one they went out of their freaking minds. they did something that nobody else has ever done they raided the house of a president. If this is how the game is going to be played every president is Fair Game from here on in. No president will be safe. The raid that’s the big deal not the information that was in Mar-a-Lago. You don’t raid the house of a president don’t lose site of that. We’re being distracted by shiny objects. They came in with an army on an ex president. That has never happened before except in Venezuela, Mexico, Guatemala, Colombia, Nicaragua, Bolivia, Argentina and Chile.
I was referring to this claim “He basically says that yes, Trump declassified the Russia collusion documents. Then he left the White House with the documents and Biden, or whoever the President is, reclassified them.”
I haven’t heard Trump mention this angle if true. It makes sense that Biden would want those documents if Trump had them.
