My god -- these moron bloggers must all get together at night and compare notes, because it seems impossible they could otherwise all get something so wrong in the exact same way.

The judge did NOT say that the FBI must release the warrant. The judge said only that the government must file a written response to the motion arguing that the warrant should be released. One side files something with the court, the other side responds, and then the court makes a decision.

It is truly pathetic that so many of these bloggers get this kind of stuff wrong all the time. Nothing wrong with blogging, but if you're going to do it, you really should limit it to stuff on which you actually have some level of expertise.
