You don't know how much ALL OF DC hates Trump. They all have TDS. An organic low level effort to raid Trump's house? Yeah, not impossible. It's not like anyone will try to "get to the bottom of this". There is no oversight. Management does not want to know. DC GS-15s + SES are in control and are impossible to fire.

I was reading either DU or Daily Kos in November of 2020, when some old hot head democrat started writing how a Trump political appointee in the EPA fired his wife who was SES.
She was going to apply for another position in a different department of the EPA.
This doesn’t fit the narrative that Trump hired a!l the wrong people in his administration, but its a true story, nevertheless.
