But the President can declassify anything he wants and legally doesn’t have to tell anyone. So not sure what they could claim, unless these are one-of-a-kind records and he then could possibly be charged with stealing gov’t property.
Oh and it was confirmed today that AG Garland did have a grand jury look at Trump’s violation of the Presidential Records Act. They said he violated it. But then I guess they found out there’s no punishment for it.
Maybe get Trump for lying to federal agents? like I gave you all the documents. Then he still didn’t give them one.
