This bears repeating and, more importantly, investigation. It isn’t the pawn who is the key, it is he who moves the pawn.
They might have asked several judges for a warrant and this ‘lady’ was the first to say yes. It is a common practice, and it is not difficult to get a warrant in our system. LE keeps presenting until they find a judge that will issue. So quick warrants might be hard, but they will eventually get their warrant, almost always, in almost any case. It is the sovietization of our Justice System.
