Supervisor Bucher demonstrated she was unable to comply with the laws of our state and her duties as the Supervisor of Elections and failed to accurately report information related to the number of ballots that had been cast.
For these reasons, I am suspending Susan Bucher as Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections, effective immediately. It is time to turn the page in Palm Beach County to ensure accountability and transparency from our elections officials.
BTW, Rick Scott got rid of the Broward Supervisor of Elections when he was Governor.

The Governor has the authority under the Florida Constitution to suspend state officials for reasons of misfeasance, neglect of duty, drunkenness, incompetence, permanent inability to perform official duties, or commission of a felony. The Governor has further authority to fill that office by appointment for the duration of the suspension.
He was physically removed by LE. I imagine desantis timed this perfectly with the start of his press conference. Only personal items were allowed to be removed. Lol.

If his job is to enforce the law passed by the legislature, not doing so is simple incompetence. Fire his butt. No unemployment, no nuttin.
If he refuses to leave office, state marshals drag him out.
If a copper refuses, just refuses, to write out tickets; fire his butt. If a trash hauler refuses to pick up trash, fire him.

Apprehend Soros and deliver him to the country of Myanmar, where they have issued an arrest warrant for him.
OK, well, if it is constitutional so be it. Don’t know why they would directly lie about that. Usually their deception is indirect and subtle.
But if DeSantis has constitutional authority, then God bless him.
He was suspended for signing a letter saying "I will not enforce state law on abortion". That directly.cintradicts his oath of office to enforce state law. Had he simply not enforced the law rather than signing a letter publicly stating he would not do so, this wouldn't have happened. At least, not this quickly.
A blatantly stupid move on his part.
