Importantly, consider the overall circumstances.
A brave U.S. regulator refused to bend the knee to Big Pharma and did not give the okay to Thalidomide, avoiding the worse horrors that occurred in the UK, Germany, etc.
But many AMERICAN PHYSICIANS, [eager for (wink wink) Big Pharma kickbacks], worked around the regulatory ban to give out “sample” and “test” Thalidomide prescriptions in the USA. (Sounds a lot like doctors recommending the experimental mRNA spike protein Covid injections.)
The American MDs who prescribed Thalidomide against the ban should have been SHOT. I think none were ever charged.
Still, it was much worse in Europe.
