It's about chipping away at the low information edges. Over the weekend I talked to an 18 year old woman who said she plans to vote Democrat because it says "Democrat" on her voter registration card. I then asked why she registered as Democrat and she told me she doesn't remember putting that on her card but because it says that she will vote Democrat. The funny thing is she was sitting next to her father who got upset and told her that from now on SHE has to pay for the gas at the pump.
