Can’t be a coincidence. Only 56,000 people die each week in the US, how could 3 of them work in the same hospital before they got “cancer” aka vaccine side effects? Which vaccine caused cancer before Covid I wonder, cause there was a lot of cancer before the Covid vaccine. Or did everyone live forever before the Covid vaccine?

A large Hospital System can typically employ 80,000 to 100,000 people.
Trillium is one of Canada’s largest.

The size of a large suburban city.

This is a health system in Canada not the use consisting of:

Credit Valley Hospital, the Mississauga Hospital and the Queensway Health Centre.

Not simply one hospital.

I am not sure the number of doctors they employ but the system appears to have about 1400 beds give or take and had 1.65 Million patient visits last year..

https://www.trilliumhealthpartners.ca/AR2021/A/Home.html

If this is vaccine related, would be a lot more than just doctors dying if doctors represent say 15% of their work force, and everyone has to get it and the shot was the cause, 4 out of 1500 would equate to 25-26 out of 10,000 employees died in the last month.

now the death rate across all age groups from 20-65 per 1000 per year in Canada is about 21 per 1000. ( https://www150.statcan.gc.ca/t1/tbl1/en/tv.action?pid=1310071001 ). assuming the age distribution which its not going to be doctors are likely to be older than 20 year old, but lets just run with it.. if age distribution were absolutely perfectly divided.. same number of people in each age bracket this Health system with its 10000+ employees should expect to have 250ish people die per year....

and while 25/26 in a single month would be slightly above expectations... we know the age distribution isn’t uniform... so seeing 25/26 die in a month when if the age distribution were uniform says it should be 21, is not statistically out of norms.... and that’s assuming these 4 deaths are representative of a standard across the whole system which we have no evidence of.

So, like it or not, 4 deaths within a month out of 1500 people while eyebrow raising, doesn’t exactly a conspiracy prove... one would expect assuming typical doctor is likley in their 40s-60s... one would expect in a population of 1500ish... 1-2 deaths per month... so 4 while above that average is not outside the range of normal over time.
