After decades of watching the GOP, I’ve come to the realization that they’re NEVER going to grow a pair.
I often fantasize about how different America would be now if Pat Buchanan had won the presidency.
He, Reagan and Trump loved America and couldn’t be pushed around.
Reagan’s great mistake was not taking Paul Laxalt as his VP. Laxalt was who Reagan wanted. But he caved to GOP Establishment pressure and took Bush instead. He should have dumped Bush in 1984.
