As for shooting down HIMARS rockets: the way it is done is to use a MLRS system, like Grad, to overwhelm the anti-air defenses - these are the rockets shot down; when the anti-air Tels have been exhausted and are going to reload, that's when the HIMARS rockets strike.
The Wagner Group is all about the money; that's why people sign on, not ideology. They are the best fighters the Orcs have because they are not bound by Soviet tactics and use common sense in how they fight.
