I think the blue circles are new RU storage locations “outside HIMARs range”.

Maybe the area north of the frontline is what is within artillery range???
I don’t know but that seems unlikely as it is way further that Orc artillery can reach - way past Zaporizhiza; looks more like the area the Orcs want to capture in some wet dream.
