OAN did not say Biden threatened to assassinate Poroshenko, the twitter user said that.
"Physical security" also means the safety of all of Ukraine.
Biden was threatening that either Poroshenko cover up what could land Biden in prison or he would make Ukraine vulnerable to Russian invasion.

Leaked audio from days after the 2016 election, before Trump’s inauguration—Biden calls Poroshenko, then head of state of Ukraine, and threatens him with assassination if he cooperates with the incoming Trump administration. Corrupt piece of sh*t sure is interested in the doings of Ukraine. Sounds like he fears his own corruption will be exposed.
