••Spartz Scandal Cont.:
Growing bigger and wider. House Rep Spartz (R-Indiana). Today a Ukrainian official tied to Yarmak’s Presidential Administration of Ukraine, called her a “lying cynical political animal, an unethical political monster”. This indicates her attack hit a nerve. She has the popular support with the people of Ukraine.

••Ukraine Economy Wiped Out:
Government does everything it can to stop the economy from recovering by enacting onerous regulations, setting prices below market, and higher taxation. These policies create Black Markets, and make it impossible for private companies to be successful. People need special permits to buy gasoline. The government has taken on the aspect of the old Soviet Union and is responsible for most of the economic problems facing Ukraine, including the war.

Now that the government has successfully destroyed their economy, they turn to the West and say, ‘US$5B a month is not enough for us, how about US$9B?’ They aim to give everyone a Universal Basic Income which, in the way they will do it, will be peanuts. Most of the monthly funds will be stolen by the rampantly corrupt government officials.

The people of Ukraine are fighting a two front war: their corrupt government and the Orcs.

Passenger Cars down 97%
Buses down 77%
Railroad Locomotives down 63%
Railroad Carriages down 52% (in part due to ball bearing shortage).
Passenger Railroad Cars down 40%
Elevators down 35%
Pumps down 30%
Electrical Motors down 50%
Glass down 61%
Household Goods down 63%
Refrigerators down 58%

This seems to indicate the contraction of the Russian GDP will be tremendous: close to 50%

••Oil and Gas Revenue of The Russian Budget:
In April it was 1.9T rubles
In May was 170B rubles
In June it was 720B rubles

Prior to the war, it was 1T rubles per month. Seems to indicate the oil and gas industry is in contraction also. May be related to NG whose largest outlet was Europe and cannot easily be shifted, to say China, because there are limited pipelines. This is a surprising collapse, but is better than Ukraine.

••Food Security And Export of Grain From Ukraine:
Meeting in Istanbul between Turkey, Russia, and Ukraine. Turkish PR issued saying positive developments, some agreements reached and those will be released later. Looks like the ability for Ukraine to export grain will be opened; Ukraine will be able to export grain from the new harvest.
