Mandating an experimental shot that at best doesn't work, at worst kills you or leaves you with a life-long debilitating condition.

The smartest soldier in the room is the one that refused the Jim Jones Jab and walked away. The trust is gone. Expect a lot of soldiers, even those who took the Jim Jones Jab, to depart at the first opportunity.

The Army brass painted themselves into a corner; if they rescind the illegal diktat, those who took the Jim Jones Jab have to accept they were duped.
If they keep the illegal diktat in place, those who rightfully refused the Jim Jones Jab are discharged.

A sizeable numbers of potential recruits will never start down a military career path. (A career path that was already having trouble attracting talent). The "serve now and pension later" model is dead.

Not only the Army, but all branches of the military. I can attest firsthand that many Air Force personnel either have left, or are leaving, the first chance they get. Biden is destroying the military, and probably loving every bit of it.
