The Coverup Begins: Bug-Eyed Burbank Bolshevik Adam Schiff Files Amendment to NDAA to Hide Democrat Wrongdoing Ahead of Midterms

How can you tell when an organization knows the end is near? They start shredding documents and deleting files. It’s a movie trope that is being played out in real-time right now on Capitol Hill as powerful Democrat Congressman Adam Schiff has just filed an Amendment to the NDAA that will coverup their failures, corruption, and wrongdoing ahead of the midterm elections.

It’s arguably the most blatant abuse of power we’ve seen from Congress in years, which is saying a whole lot in an age of J6 inquisitions and unwarranted presidential impeachments. The amendment reads:

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any information obtained by or with the assistance of a member of the Armed Forces in violation of section 1384 of title 18, shall not be received in evidence in any trial, hearing, or other proceedings in or before any court, grand jury, department, officer, agency, regulatory body, legislative committee, or other authority of the United States, a State, or a political subdivision thereof.

You know the beauty of that kind of language? The very next Congress can just pass a law that says “Nothwithstanding any other provision of the law, this evidence CAN be used” and it overrules Adam Shifty’s little provision too.

Doesn't the President have to sign the new law?

The next congress can go piss in their collective hats {which is about all congress is good for} because all they will do is have "show trial hearings".

They want to "get to the bottom" of hunter biden and his big guy, but will anyone go to jail?

Just watched a video regarding this amendment and people should look at it more closely. NDAA 2023 447. An Amendment To Be Offered by Representative Schiff of California or His Designee, Debatable for 10 Minutes
At the end of subtitle E of title V, add the following new section:
SEC. 5__. EXCLUSION OF EVIDENCE OBTAINED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.
Section 271 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection:
``(d) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any information obtained by or with the assistance of a member of the Armed Forces in violation of section 1385 of title 18, shall not be received in evidence in any trial, hearing, or other proceeding in or before any court, grand jury, department, officer, agency, regulatory body, legislative committee, or other authority of the United States, a State, or a political subdivision thereof.''.

Sec. 1385. Use of Army and Air Force as posse comitatus
Whoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army or the Air Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.
Odd that the Navy and Marines aren't included.
