This woman, if she is the same Rosa who is involved with the Transition Integrity Project, is a Soros tool.
Yeah, she's a globalist. I think she's a neocon, and part of the Soros NWO/Schwab WEF project.
I've been keeping track of her on Twitter and elsewhere since 2016.
She has one of the hallmarks of The Globalist Project in America: her hubby [with a different last name, of course] was one of Obama's Perfumed Princes in the military: Joseph Mouer, retired army LTC.
For an example of The Project, look at Michigan Secretary of Soros Jocelyn "Dirty Josey" Benson and her hubs Ryan Friedrichs, former sergeant in the 173rd Airborne Brigade.
I find it interesting that so many of these Soros/Schwab people are dabbling in the US military...
