There was a 6/27 post about the National Guard:
14,000 Army Guard Troops Could Be Axed Thursday for Refusing COVID Vax
Since the deadline has passed, I have heard no update on this.
So, Question: Are these soldiers still active?
“if discharged, can they be used...”
If they are discharged, then they are private citizens, free to do what they want and not to be “used” by whomever for whatever.
Processing a discharge takes a significant amount of time. Especially if there is a large number.
There are boards, paper work and bureaucracies to work through. That takes time when every unjabbed soldier presents an immediate clear and present danger. (That’s sarcasm for the slow people)
Wasn’t a bill introduced in Congress stipulating that all service members expelled for refusing to take the clot-shot be reinstated immediately at their same rank and salary? Not sure if it would apply to National Guard.
A dishonorable discharge would preclude re-activation
I am not aware of the type of discharge these troops are receiving.
But an act of Congress could change any of this should war begin.
Thank you.
60K - wonder if TX Gov. Abbott could use these folks along the Rio Grande?
* grant anyone discharged or with no compensation texas citizenship.
* transfer to TX nation guard and/or TX DPS.
* Declare invasion.
* take action as needed.
just a thought.
I am truly worried that military and police will be replaced with Illegals. Zero promised a civilian army. He failed to explain what country the civilians come from.
