SB 357 author Senator Wiener, who tweeted “Gov. Newsom just signed SB 357, our legislation to repeal the crime of loitering with intent to commit prostitution, also known as the “walking while trans” law. This discriminatory law targeted and profiled Black, Brown & trans women. It needed to go.”

“Thank you Governor for once again showing that California stands with the LGBTQ community and communities of color.”

Open season for gay child predators such as Scott Wiener to have access to the goods offered by sex trafficers.

There’s no end to their depravity. He’ll get the prostitute vote, that’s for sure.

If they had that law in DC you’d see a very fit and active congress.

Wait until the Governor can’t get to his private garage because some local pimp has got his girls patroling the block, trying to get picked up.
Wait until one of the ‘girls’ is bold enough to ask Gov. Newsom if she can use his restroom ‘real quick!?’

How about just making it legal in rural areas, like in Nevada?

"New Law Bans Arrests for Prostitution-Related Loitering Approved by Gov. Newsom"

Now that they overcome the loitering restriction they can move on into demos and free samples like other street vendors.

Would plain old loiterers get off the hook if they claimed to be prostitutes?

Monkeypox and other STD’s will blossom at an astonishing rate.
Isn’t it racist/sexist to claim these laws disproportionately affect Trans/Brown minorities?
