This is the seat that Royce White is running for, and per his website, they are now in early voting, with the primary Election Day of August 9th.
Why does this article say Cicely Davis is the Republican candidate?
It looks like Davis has a huge fundraising advantage.
I agree it should not have been written that way if the primary is not yet over.
