I agree, but we know these liberals don’t consider the baby to be a human life.
That’s a key part of the debate, that they don’t consider the baby to be a life in the first place.
Especially, it seems, if that baby is Black!

This is no different than those slaveholders who didn’t consider slaves to be people in the first place. That approach makes the evil easier to accept in your own mind.
The analogy between abortion and slavery is, I think, a strong one. Both institutions are evil. But they confer many benefits to the powerful. And so they are defended.
