Putin is diabolical. He caused gas prices and food prices to rise last year when he invaded the Ukraine this year.
Plus, even though he's got a "clown car" army that couldn't even take Kiev, he's planning to defeat the combined forces of NATO next week, unless we send more US troops to Europe and billions of dollars more to Ukraine! Absolutely diabolical!
