It’s fascinating that the Left is focused on Thomas. He didn’t write the majority opinion. Granted, his separate opinion actually makes the most sense, but the Left wouldn’t understand any of that.

Yes. The focus on Thomas is a tell that their marching orders come from higher up people who know exactly what their agenda is all about. The Left is stupid blunt force on the ground, led by evil behind the scenes.
What Thomas’s opinion would do is wipe out all kinds of made up garbage ushered in by “substantive due process.”
