These people haven’t thought this one through very carefully.
Rural people are armed to the teeth. They elect the DA’s and the sheriffs who will determine what is a crime and what will be prosecuted....or not prosecuted. The locals are the ones who are going to sit on those juries, not urbanites.
You can get away with a lot of crap on your home turf. Rural America is not your home turf. Step into our realm and you will have to play by our rules. You won’t like it.
