I really don’t get this. What do these terrorists hope to do by their actions? The decision has been released. It’s done. Do they expect the justices to reconvene and re-try the Dobbs case in their favor? That’s insane.
I would say they’re just ignorant on the legal system and constitution and have to resort to acting on emotional impulse.
It’s been made a states rights issue. That means that they have to show all the states that there are repercussions of violence unless they get right with the pro abortion policies. If they scared all 50 states, they could win without trying the amendment approach. And even that approach might be affected by enough violence. Besides, liberals love partying with bonfires and wild dancing and pseudo-singing.
If something were to happen to them Biden would name the replacements and the current senate would confirm. Take the next case and overturn this one?
