My state has a pretty restrictive trigger law in place, to take effect when Roe is overturned. I bet other states have similar laws.
My home state already has an abortion tourism board spending millions of tax dollars to pay for women to come and kill their babies. It is grotesque. If anything abortion will be even more popular.
