Why do you think you or anyone else not in law enforcement is entitled to those materials?
Are you being paid by the survivors to investigate? Are you a suspect? Are you related to the deceased?
Is there a reason why transparency would be harmful to this case? I am not an attorney. I would like to know your perspective. Could you elaborate?
