❗ The occupiers create artificial queues in the CNAPs and block Ukrainian mobile communications
The Berdyansk occupation administration creates artificial queues at local CNAPs. In order to demonstrate the alleged “desire” of local residents to obtain Russian passports, all those registered at the Berdyansk military commandant’s office are forcibly sent to the CNAP to create queues in front of photo points for documents. Citizens who do not agree to stand in queues are sent to public works.
During the current week, the work of the mobile group of electronic reconnaissance and electronic warfare of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation was observed in the temporarily occupied territories of southern Ukraine. During the work of these groups at each specific location within a radius of one kilometer, the mobile communication of Ukrainian operators disappeared and the possibility of viewing Ukrainian sites on the Internet was blocked.
